Continuous improvement
In order to continuously improve our QHSE and Business activities, we acknowledge the need to develop innovative and effective ways to monitor and measure our performance against defined Key Performance Indicators. These KPI’s are both quantitative as well as qualitative in nature.
Our Continuous Improvement Initiatives are based on performance feed-back from our business systems, including:
- Non-conformance reporting and closure,
- Customer complaint and resolution,
- Audit and verification reporting and closure,
- QHSE incident reporting and resolution.
KPI’s have been established for key business processes in order to drive identified opportunities to implemented actions. Management reviews check progress against these KPI’s as part of their regular business operation reviews.
In addition, programs communicating lessons learned such as our Safety Alerts Bulletins and Best Practices identification represent opportunities to share knowledge and experience across our Business Units and our geographies.
