Applications process
We recruit year-round, and the process usually takes 2-6 weeks. If you are invited to first interview, this will typically involve an initial interview with a manager and also a discussion with someone who can tell you more about what it is like to work for Aibel.
We are constantly looking for people to join our engineering, financial control and administration teams, and are always interested in hearing from skilled tradespeople including plumbers, welders and electricians.
