The Aibel procurement network has extensive experience within all areas of procurement in the oil & gas industry, covering the entire value chain: market survey, pre-qualification, order placement, verification and quality control.

Procurement includes high-cost subcontracts and complex equipment packages as well as establishing frame agreements for bulk and indirect materials.

We are currently focused on integrating procurement across our business functions, in order to ensure that sourcing is cost-effective and timely, for our own and our customers’ benefit. Our suppliers are part of our business and operations, and we are working on intelligent data links and other systems which will help to make the procurement process more efficient on both sides.
